Marijuana Grow Investigations and the Law
The Marijuana Grow House Eradication Act in Florida was passed in 2008. Since
this law took effect the impact on those arrested for Marijuana Cultivation
means increased penalties based on the quantity of marijuana or weight,
including minimum mandatory sentences.
Each Domestic/Indoor Hydroponic Marijuana Investigation is different as there
are many various investigative techniques which law enforcement utilizes in
the development of their probable cause leading to arrest. Some of these
investigations can be very complex and lengthy.
Improper police procedure may give rise to Fourth Amendment issues, which may
be addressed through Motion to Suppress arguments before a Judge.

detective.
Experience
As a former Narcotics Detective I specifically worked two years in the
Domestic/Indoor Eradication Investigations in Pinellas County in which I personally conducted numerous Indoor Marijuana Grow House Investigations, which
eventually lead to arrest and successful prosecution.
